The Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization and its Annexes (third edition)
This third edition of "The WTO Agreements" contains the text of the WTO’s founding agreement, the 1994 Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, and its Annexes, plus all amendments and additions to the Agreement up to the end of September 2025. This includes the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, which entered into force on 15 September 2025.

Additions to the founding agreement since its entry into force include the amended Government Procurement Agreement, which entered into force in April 2014, an amendment to the Agreement on Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), which entered into force in January 2017, the Trade Facilitation Agreement, which entered into force in February 2017, and an amendment to the Trade Policy Review Mechanism in July 2017. The most recent amendment is the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies (September 2025).
